Not sure I buy 3008 yards..........don't know his load or velocity but no way the bullets were still supersonic. In my rifles they maintain accuracy while supersonic, but while going transonic to subsonic most accuracy is lost. some claim accuracy when subsonic but I have never witnessed it in person only on video's such as this

I enjoy Mark and Sam's videos. I don't own a 270 Winchester or any cartridges that have a .277 bore, but I believe their videos are completely legitimate. If you have not seen much of their stuff, give it a look when you have time.

The 270/6.5 haters are the homophobes in the closet of rifle world. Secretly wishing they had one but talked too much sh*t over the years on the fire.
All of them do something better than the 30-06, but none of them do everything as well.

I have shot on paper or steel, or killed stuff with a number of cartridges. Cartridges necked up and or down from these parent cartridges (including most of the parent cases): 221 Fireball, 223 Remington, 222 Remington Magunum, the 250 Sav/300 Savage, 6BR, 308 Winchester, 6.5 Creed, 284 Winchester, 7 Rem Mag, 6.5 PRC, 270 WSM, 300 PRC, 7mm SAUM, etc... There is no special sauce. Shoot and or hunt with what you want, and enjoy what you want! We can be our own worst enemies at times

Bullet was SUBSONIC before 250 yards but maintained accuracy to 1000 yards! Had I taken one MOA left windage all would have been inside the 20" ten ring plate! I was just testing for vertical dispersion....which was an average of 8"! 1000 yards 50/90 PP by Sharps Man, on [bleep]

Nothing wrong with a 270 or 6.5 creedmoor unless the guns themselves suck but that’s not a chamberings fault. The 6.5 CM is not in the same league as the 270, the PRC is a better comparison.
